Each individual may hold only one registered zexapk account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same CNIC, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
All promotional bonuses, free bets, and deposit match offers awarded by zexapk are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms at the time of offer.
zexapk employs automated fraud detection systems and a dedicated compliance team. Any use of bots, exploit techniques, arbitrage strategies designed to abuse bonus terms, or collusion between players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and fund forfeiture.

By accessing the zexapk Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the zexapk Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between English and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Access to and use of the zexapk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, all funds will be withheld, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. zexapk takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will not make exceptions under any circumstances.
It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. zexapk provides no representation or warranty that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any particular location.
To access the full features of the zexapk Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and belongs to you.
During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years or older, a unique and valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to keep all registered details current and accurate throughout your membership.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on zexapk at any time. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. zexapk employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances, including winnings, will be forfeited without recourse.
zexapk is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its international compliance obligations. You agree to submit the following documentation upon request and within the timeframe specified by zexapk's compliance team:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to account closure. zexapk will handle all KYC documentation in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
zexapk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant transfer, 1LINK, USDT, GrabPay, and Cash OTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All zexapk Wallet balances, transactions, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied within the Platform, and you will never be charged a foreign exchange fee by zexapk in connection with your PKR wallet.
Members may request withdrawal of verified real-money funds from their zexapk Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the additional requirements detailed in Section 7.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to each account and are determined by your KYC verification tier. Full details of applicable limits are displayed in your account dashboard. zexapk reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual transaction patterns are detected.
zexapk reserves the right to void winnings and reverse withdrawals in cases where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, exploitation of technical errors, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions. Such decisions are final and will be communicated to the affected Member with reasons where permitted by applicable law.
zexapk offers a range of promotional bonuses, reload offers, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
Any behaviour that zexapk, in its reasonable judgement, deems to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic exploitation of any promotional mechanic — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zexapk Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

In no event shall zexapk be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if zexapk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gambling Risk Notice: Gambling involves inherent financial risk. zexapk is an entertainment platform, not a financial investment service. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. zexapk accepts no liability for gambling-related financial losses sustained by any Member.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
zexapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
For material changes — those that significantly affect Member rights or obligations — zexapk will provide advance notice of at least fourteen (14) days via email to the address registered to each active account, and via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform. For non-material changes, the updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the zexapk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulatory standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which zexapk holds its operating authorisation.
In the first instance, any dispute or complaint should be submitted to zexapk's customer support team via the in-platform live chat or by email to the address listed in Section 15. zexapk will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will use its best endeavours to resolve them within 14 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through the informal process within 28 days, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by zexapk's regulatory authority. zexapk's decision on the outcome of any escalated dispute, made in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable regulations, shall be final and binding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action against zexapk.
